With La Roux, the website was probably the most challenging aspect of the project. We wanted to really capture this sense of a futuristic Brixton, when we originally approached the brief, it was to build a rich website that was like sitting inside a cafe, watching the world go by, with the mood and ambiance of something like a point and click adventure like Broken Sword.

But with the website, we wanted to create this sense of time and place, so that it would carry on autonomously. Therefore, the street would change with the day, the mood and ambiance would evolve, in the day a London street, at night the neon bulbs flare and it becomes more of a club scene.

I love the way that London has this ever evolving environment which almost has a dual personality from day to night.
